Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:

Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding. Coordinate with departmental heads to understand manpower requirements. Conduct new hire orientations and maintain employee records.

Attendance & Payroll:

Monitor daily attendance and maintain leave records. Coordinate with accounts for timely and accurate payroll processing. Maintain compliance with statutory obligations like PF, ESIC, etc.

Employee Engagement & Grievance Handling:

Organize employee engagement activities and internal events. Handle employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary actions in consultation with senior management. Ensure a healthy and compliant workplace environment.

HR Operations & Documentation:

Maintain proper HR documentation - joining kits, appraisal records, resignations, etc. Update HRMS system regularly and ensure data accuracy. Assist in performance management, appraisal coordination, and training plans.

Compliance & Policy Implementation:

Ensure all HR practices comply with company policies and government regulations. Promote and enforce workplace policies including safety, hygiene, and conduct.
Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in HR roles (automobile sector preferred).

Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office. Ability to multitask and handle work pressure.

Pay: ₹13,041.96 - ₹31,205.29 per month
