Key Responsibilities:
Assist in
end-to-end recruitment
: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain and update
employee records
(both digital and physical).
Support in
preparing HR documents
, such as employment contracts and new hire guides.
Handle
attendance and leave management
Coordinate and execute
employee engagement activities and events

Ensure
compliance with HR policies
, procedures, and legal regulations.
Assist in the
performance appraisal process
and maintain related documentation.
Address routine employee queries related to HR policies and benefits.
Support payroll processing by providing necessary employee information (e.g. leaves, bank accounts, etc.).
Requirements:
