, you'll play a key role in
people management, internal operations, communication coordination, and external brand interactions
. This role blends HR, admin, and light communication ownership in a fast-growing D2C environment.
What You Will DoPeople Operations
Manage hiring, onboarding, documentation, and employee lifecycle processes
Maintain attendance records, coordinate payroll, and ensure HR compliance
Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and support
Office & Admin Operations
Oversee office facilities, vendors, supplies, and daily admin operations
Maintain internal records, policies, and process documentation
Ensure smooth coordination between teams and leadership
Communication & Coordination
Handle professional email and WhatsApp communication with partners, vendors, and collaborators
Draft basic client-facing and internal communication (emails, replies, follow-ups)
Support leadership with structured communication and task coordination
Influencer & Partner Coordination
Assist in influencer outreach and follow-ups
Maintain influencer lists, track deliverables, and manage coordination timelines
Ensure smooth collaboration flow from outreach to content delivery
Customer Support Oversight
Draft empathetic responses for customer queries and complaints
Coordinate with support and operations teams for resolution
Help maintain FAQs, response templates, and communication guidelines
Employee Engagement & Culture
Organize team activities, recognitions, and engagement initiatives
Support performance tracking, reviews, and feedback processes
Handle hiring, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
Maintain attendance, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
Foster a positive, creative, and performance-driven culture.
Office Administration
Oversee office facilities, supplies, and vendor management.
Ensure operational efficiency and compliance in all admin processes.
Employee Engagement
Organize team activities, recognition programs, and culture-building initiatives.
Support leadership with performance tracking and reviews.
Who You Are
1 year of experience in
HR / Admin / Operations
(startup or D2C experience preferred)
Strong written and verbal communication skills (English & Hindi required)
Organized, calm under pressure, and good at multitasking
Comfortable handling people, processes, and communication simultaneously
Tools & Skills
Familiar with HRMS tools, Google Workspace, and Excel
Comfortable using email, WhatsApp, and basic tracking sheets
Able to write clear, professional, human-sounding messages
