Job Summary:
We are looking for a Junior HR Executive with 0 months to 1 year of experience to support our Human Resources operations in a devotional non profit organising environment. The candidate will be responsible for attendance management, payroll assistance, statutory enrollments (PF & ESIC), recruitment coordination, and general HR administration. This role requires excellent organizational skills, accuracy in handling data, and strong communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
1 . Attendance & Payroll Management
Maintain daily attendance and leave records of employees and project-based artists.
Coordinate with department leads for shift schedules and overtime updates.
Support payroll preparation by providing accurate attendance and leave inputs.
2. Statutory Compliance (ESIC / PF)
Assist in creating and updating ESIC and PF enrollments for new employees.
Maintain statutory compliance documentation and employee records.
Coordinate with finance and compliance teams for monthly submissions.
3. Recruitment & Onboarding
Support hiring for artists, production staff, and administrative positions.
Source and screen resumes through job portals, references, and social platforms.
Schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, and assist in onboarding formalities.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and maintain joining documentation.
4. HR Operations & Administration
Maintain employee databases, HR files, and documentation in both digital and physical formats.
Handle day-to-day HR activities such as ID creation, confirmation letters, and asset tracking.
Assist in planning employee engagement activities and internal communication.
5. Excel & Reporting
Prepare HR reports (attendance, new hires, attrition, etc.) using MS Excel.
Update and share regular MIS reports with HR management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
MBA in HR Administration.
6 months to 1 year of HR experience, preferably in any company.
Good knowledge of attendance and payroll coordination.
Basic understanding of PF, ESIC, and HR compliance processes.
Strong command of MS Excel and HR data handling.
Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
