Handle employee queries, grievances, and assist with

Ensure smooth coordination between departments for HR-related matters
Assist in audits and ensure HR documentation is up to date
Draft HR letters - offer letters, confirmation, relieving, etc.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree (MBA in HR or equivalent preferred)
1-2 years of hands-on experience in HR functions
Good knowledge of labor laws and compliance
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and HR software (if applicable)
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally
