Conduct audits to ensure adherence to industry-specific regulatory standards.
Manage sensitive employee data with utmost confidentiality.
Performance & Development:
Design performance appraisal systems tailored to technical and operational roles.
Develop training programs on GMP, safety protocols, leadership, and compliance.
Drive succession planning and career pathing for critical positions.
Compensation & Benefits:
