Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and organized HR & Secretary to support recruitment and administrative coordination for our Dubai operations. The role is based full-time at our Trivandrum office and will focus on hiring skilled professionals and technicians for HVAC, MEP, and General Contracting departments, while maintaining close communication with the management team.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for departments and technical roles (HVAC, MEP, General Contracting).
Source, screen, and schedule candidates in alignment with Dubai office requirements.
Act as a communication bridge between Trivandrum office and Dubai management team.
Regularly coordinate new hires for specialized roles that support organizational goals.
Maintain employee records, recruitment data, and related documentation.
Assist management with administrative and secretarial support as required.
Ensure recruitment timelines and staffing needs are met efficiently.
Requirements
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work closely with senior management and cross-border teams.
Basic knowledge or experience in HR recruitment (technical hiring preferred).
Good organizational and documentation skills.
Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
