Manage end-to-end recruitment for site staff including skilled, semi-skilled, and administrative personnel.
Coordinate interviews, shortlisting, onboarding, and induction at the site.
Maintain a candidate database for ongoing and future project requirements.
HR Operations at Site:
Maintain site employee records, attendance, and leave management.
Assist in payroll processing for site employees.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and company HR policies.
Employee Engagement & Administration:
Address employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and site-specific procedures.
Support training and safety induction sessions for site staff.
Assist in resolving employee issues at the site level.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in HR and recruitment, preferably in construction or industrial projects.
Knowledge of labor laws and site HR compliance.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently in a site environment and handle multiple tasks.
