Key Responsibilities: Recruitment
Handle full-cycle recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
Use job portals, LinkedIn, and social platforms to source candidates
Conduct initial HR interviews and share feedback
Manage offer letters, negotiations, and closing positions on time
HR Operations
Maintain employee data, attendance, and HR MIS
Handle onboarding and exit formalities
Draft HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, experience letters)
Support payroll inputs
Manage employee queries and ensure smooth communication
Assist in performance reviews and HR policies
Employee Engagement
Plan employee activities, feedback sessions, and team interactions
Maintain a positive and healthy workplace culture
Skills Required
Strong communication skills
Knowledge of hiring tools and job portals
Basic HR operations knowledge
Good coordination and multitasking abilities

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (HR preferred but not mandatory)
