Location- Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur

Salary Hike on previous

Timings- 10-7 pm

5.5 days working [Saturday half day- Sunday off]

Roles & Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various job roles across industries.

Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.

Manage job postings and applications on portals like LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.

Ensure a smooth end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.

Maintain and update candidate databases for future opportunities.

Key Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.

Basic understanding of recruitment tools and platforms.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
