- Manage recruitment process by getting involved directly with clients, preparing job descriptions, post jobs, collaborating with applicants, using social media for recruitment, and all other activities of the recruitment process.
- Manage payroll, attendance, leave balance, and related activities.
- Manage employee onboarding, documentation, exit documentation, contracting, and other documentation for the company.
- Manage appraisals and performance of the employees.
- Manage employee engagement activities
- Manage day-to-day office operations
- Everything else that can make the team successful is HR.
- You must be having MBA with HR or equivalent educational qualification.
- You have at least 1 year of experience in an IT Company in all of the above roles.
- Excellent written, verbal and communication skills in English
