Key Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment process by getting involved directly with clients, preparing job descriptions, post jobs, collaborating with applicants, using social media for recruitment, and all other activities of the recruitment process.
Manage payroll, attendance, leave balance, and related activities.
Manage employee onboarding, documentation, exit documentation, contracting, and other documentation for the company.
Manage appraisals and performance of the employees.
Manage employee engagement activities
Manage day-to-day office operations
Everything else that can make the team successful is HR.
Key Requirements:
You must be having MBA with HR or equivalent educational qualification.
You have at least 1 year of experience in an IT Company in all of the above roles.
Excellent written, verbal and communication skills in English
