Required Skills & Qualifications:
2+ years of hands-on experience in HR roles with a focus on HCM.
Strong knowledge of HR processes, employee lifecycle management, and labour laws.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for HR reporting and documentation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees and stakeholders.
Familiarity with recruitment strategies and talent acquisition tools.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing HR tasks.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle confidential information.
