We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as an HR Executive and Admin, focusing on recruitment and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:-
Design and update job descriptions.-
Source potential candidates from various online channels.-
Advertise job openings across multiple platforms.-
Efficiently line up candidates.-
Supervise office space housekeeping and cleanliness.-
Coordinate all office activities.-
Manage office supplies and place orders as needed.-
Oversee office facilities and equipment maintenance.-
Maintain attendance records and handle payroll, PF, PT, and payment calculations.
Job Specification:-
Proficiency in recruitment practices and sourcing techniques.-
Positive attitude and strong communication skills.-
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (No freshers).
