We are looking a highly organized and proactive HR Executive and Admin to join our team. This role involves managing HR operations, handling administrative tasks, and supporting a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities: Human Resources Duties:
Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies.
Handle employee onboarding and orientation processes.
Assist with payroll processing and maintain attendance records.
Manage employee grievances and address workplace conflicts.
Support performance management and employee evaluation processes.
Organize training sessions and workshops for staff development.
Assist in updating HR policies and procedures.
Administrative Duties:
Manage office supplies and ensure smooth office operations.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain meeting minutes.
Handle correspondence, phone calls, and email inquiries.
Maintain filing systems and office documentation.
Support event planning and coordination of company activities.
Assist in maintaining a safe and secure work environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Freshers and experience can apply
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.g, payroll systems).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
