. The ideal candidate will handle human resource operations, employee relations, recruitment, and general administrative tasks to ensure smooth functioning of our office and HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Support payroll processing and leave management.
Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives.
Address employee queries regarding HR-related matters.
Admin Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.
Handle office supplies, vendor management, and facility maintenance.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Assist in document management and reporting.
Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.
Requirements:
Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in HR and administration roles is a plus.
Strong organisational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Proficient in MS Office and basic HR software.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
