Talent Acquisition

  • Developing and monitoring resource plan for the year in consultation with business to ensure resource optimization
  • Monitoring manpower cost in line with businesses defined budget
  • Plan, design and implement new and innovative talent acquisition processes
On-boarding & Induction
  • Re-designed induction program. Streamline onboarding process for proper orientation and induction of new employees.
  • Lead induction activities, releasing welcome notes.
Talent Management
  • Assisting in designing the Talent Management framework.
  • Understand & mapped talent development interventions to build a future pipeline of internal talent.
Performance Management System (PMS)
  • Facilitate the Goal Setting, Annual Appraisal processes for managers and employees.
  • Managing PMS-related communication and formalities.
Generalist & Payroll Management
  • After recruitment selection process
  • Strong on salary negotiation with new recruits.
  • Individually handled complete BGV process
  • Issue Offer & Appointment letter to new joinees
  • Handling complete Asset Management process.
  • Preparing and maintaining attendance Management.
  • ID card & Bank A/C opening process
  • Preparing and maintaining leave record management.
  • Managing complete Salary Process.
  • Handle compliances (PF, ESIC, PT, MLWF etc.)
  • As per requirement & process issued different types of letters (Transfer, Increment, Termination, Abscond, Confirmation etc.)
  • Managing complete Exit Process
  • Preparing and managing Relieving & Experience letter
  • Handle payroll management
Employees Engagement Activities
  • Planning & executing employee engagement activities like Fun Friday, Mega Birthday celebration, Family Day, Farewells, Festival Celebration, get-together, Week Celebration, Suggestion scheme, and Conduct of employee satisfaction surveys.
  • Managing and handling Grievance by close interaction with employees
  • Monthly engagement plans and execution of team building activities.
  • Responsible for all employee engagement programs initiatives
HR Operations
  • Streamline the existing HR policy, process and operation such as recruitment, attendance, PMS, etc, to ensure efficiency and accuracy in the business.
  • Acting as a single point of contact between employees and the HR Department, i.e. resource management and employee-related issue
Employee Relations & Grievance Handling
  • Positively counsel & coach employees through their grievances, challenges and issues
  • Timely addressable of all concerns raised by employees by following grievance procedures
Manage Employee Attrition & Retention
  • Drive retention program
  • Ascertaining and analyzing the various attrition drivers through employee interaction and exit interviews regularly
Accounts Management
  • Coordinate with CA and prepare the GST details required to be filed.
  • Entry of expenses and bills raised
