HR Executive

to join our team and play a key role in building a strong and dynamic workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage end-to-end

recruitment processes

(sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding) Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job requirements Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a seamless candidate experience Support HR operations including employee engagement, documentation, and compliance Assist in onboarding, training coordination, and performance management processes

Requirements:

1-2 years of hands-on experience in

recruitment

or HR generalist roles Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
