Key Responsibilities
Handle
end-to-end recruitment
- sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain and update
employee records, attendance, and payroll data

Manage
employee engagement activities
and ensure workplace discipline.
Assist management in
performance evaluation, appraisals, and training programs
.
Draft and issue
offer letters, appointment letters, and HR policies
.
Maintain compliance with
company policies and labor laws
.
Coordinate with departments to ensure
smooth HR operations

Handle
employee grievances and exit formalities
professionally.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Human Resource Management or related field
.
2-6 years of experience in
HR operations/recruitment/training
.
Excellent
communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
.
Proficiency in
MS Office, HR tools, and basic documentation
.
Strong understanding of
HR policies, payroll, and compliance
.
