Assist in performance appraisal processes and maintaining appraisal documentation.official communications.
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Knowledge of HR software (MS Excel, HRMS, etc.) preferred.
MBA / PGDM in Human Resource Management.
Prior experience in HR, administration, or related roles preferred but not mandatory (freshers can apply).
