Job Description

Recruitment & Onboarding



Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, onboarding). Maintain candidate databases and track hiring progress. Prepare appointment letters, offer letters, and onboarding documentation.

HR Operations & Administration

Maintain and update employee records (attendance, leave, personal files, etc.). Manage HR documentation such as confirmation letters, transfers, and other

Performance Management

Assist in performance appraisal processes and maintaining appraisal documentation.official communications.

Skills & Competencies:



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Knowledge of HR software (MS Excel, HRMS, etc.) preferred. MBA / PGDM in Human Resource Management. Prior experience in HR, administration, or related roles preferred but not mandatory (freshers can apply).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
