. The candidate will be responsible for managing day?to?day HR operations, ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management, and supporting organizational growth through effective HR practices.
Key Responsibilities
Handle
end?to?end recruitment
: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Manage
payroll processing
and ensure accuracy in salary disbursement.
Ensure compliance with
labour laws, PF, ESI, gratuity, bonus, and other statutory requirements
.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation (offer letters, appointment letters, appraisal letters, exit formalities).
Conduct
induction and orientation programs
for new employees.
Support
employee engagement activities
and grievance handling.
Prepare and maintain
HR MIS reports
for management review.
Collaborate with management on HR policies and workforce planning.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of
recruitment, payroll, and statutory compliance
.
Proficiency in
HRMS, payroll software, and MS Office
.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
Problem?solving and people management skills.
