Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven

Talent Acquisition Specialist

to join our HR team. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our company's growth. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing skills, a passion for people, and the ability to build lasting relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

End-to-End Recruitment:

Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and create tailored hiring strategies. Coordinate and conduct interviews, assessments, and background checks. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Engage passive candidates and build talent communities. Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and a smooth interview process. Act as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. 6 month Experience in talent acquisition or recruitment. Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
