Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
Manage the full recruitment cycle - sourcing, screening, scheduling, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
Use job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels to attract quality candidates.
Maintain candidate database and track recruitment metrics.
HR Operations:
Support employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and HRMS.
Assist in payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management.
Handle employee queries and provide HR policy guidance.
Support in employee engagement initiatives and HR compliance tasks.
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate / Postgraduate in HR or related field.
4+ years of experience in recruitment & HR operations.
Good communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
