Your Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Staffing: Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
Onboarding & Induction: Facilitate smooth onboarding of new hires, including documentation, orientation, and training coordination.
Employee Records & HRMS: Maintain and update employee data in the HR Management System, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Payroll Support: Assist in payroll processing by verifying attendance, leaves, and maintaining related records.
Employee Engagement: Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and events to enhance workplace culture.
HR Operations & Compliance: Ensure timely processing of HR operations, including letters, forms, and policy communications, while maintaining compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Performance Management Support: Assist in the implementation of performance appraisal cycles and tracking performance documentation. Prepare HR-related reports and maintain records for audits and internal reviews.

Employee Support & Grievance Handling:
Address employee queries professionally and help resolve day-to-day HR-related issues. General Office Administration:
Maintain office supplies and inventory; coordinate procurement as needed. Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems. Ensure cleanliness, upkeep, and basic infrastructure maintenance of the office premises.
Vendor & Facility Management: Liaise with vendors for office utilities, including electricity, water, and housekeeping. Manage repair and maintenance issues and follow up on Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs). Ensure compliance with office safety and hygiene standards.
What Makes You a Fit
Academic Background: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills and Experience:
1-3 years of experience in an HR Executive or similar role. Good understanding of core HR functions and labor regulations. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (HRMS/HRIS). Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail, confidentiality, and organizational abilities. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
