Job Profile for HRM Freshers: Position: HR Assistant : As a Human Resources (HR) Assistant or HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department and assisting in various HR functions. This role is well- suited for fresh graduates with an MBA in HRM who are looking to kickstart their careers in the field of human resources. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment and Onboarding: 1. Assist in posting job openings on job boards and company website. 2. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates for interviews. 3. Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates. 4. Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire documents and facilitating orientation. 5. Employee Records and Documentation: 6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System). 7. Assist in managing employee documents, contracts, and agreements. 8. Ensure compliance with data privacy and confidentiality standards. 9. Training and Development: 10. Help organize training sessions, workshops, and other learning activities. 11. Coordinate training logistics and maintain training records. 12. Assist in tracking employee training progress and evaluations. Employee Relations: 1. Support HR managers in addressing employee queries and concerns. 2. Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and events. 3. Contribute to maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment. Benefits Administration: 1. Assist in administering employee benefits, such as health insurance, leave policies, and retirement plans. 2. Help employees with benefit-related inquiries. 3. HR Communication: 4. Assist in creating and distributing internal HR communications. 5. Prepare HR-related materials for employees. Compliance and Legal: 1. Assist in ensuring HR practices comply with labor laws and regulations. 2. Participate in HR audits and documentation. 3. Data Analysis and Reporting: 4. Compile HR data and generate basic reports for analysis. 5. Assist in identifying trends and insights from HR metrics. Skills and Qualifications:

  • MBA in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic understanding of HR practices, laws, and regulations.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn in a dynamic work environment.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Salary Range:
The salary for this HR Assistant / HR Coordinator role typically falls within the range of 25,000 to 30,000 (currency) per month, Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb9300,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb9500,000.00 per year Schedule:
