What we are looking for? We are looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter \xe2\x80\x93 HR Executive to assist with Human Resource requirements. What you\xe2\x80\x99ll be doing:
- Screening Resumes
- Sourcing candidates through job boards and social media
- Cold calling and arranging interviews
- Smart hiring
- Updating and maintaining the candidate tracker
- 70% Recruitment & 30% core HR
- You will gain extensive knowledge of various trends in various markets/countries across various products, services
- You will learn global business requirements via interaction with our global clientele
