Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the company's objectives.
Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and induction programs.
Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling.
Conduct performance management and appraisal systems to drive high performance.
Identify training needs, design learning programs, and manage employee development initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
Maintain and update HR systems, employee records, and payroll coordination.
Drive employee engagement, motivation, and retention programs.
Support management in organizational development and workforce planning.
Prepare HR reports, analyze HR metrics, and provide insights for decision-making.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience (1+ years) in HR management or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
Proficiency in HRMS software, MS Office, and payroll systems.
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
