Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process
Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
Handle payroll coordination, leave management, and statutory compliance support
Assist in performance appraisal and employee engagement activities
Address employee queries and maintain positive employee relations
Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures
Administration Responsibilities:
Manage office administration, facility management, and vendor coordination
Oversee housekeeping, security, transport, and maintenance activities
Handle asset management, office supplies, and inventory records
Coordinate with external agencies for repairs, AMC, and services
Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations
Key Skills & Requirements:
Strong knowledge of HR operations and administration
Experience in recruitment, payroll coordination, and attendance systems
Basic knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliances
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and handle pressure
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and HR records management
