Handle end-to-end recruitment process and operations departments.
Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and employee documentation.
Maintain employee records and ensure smooth HR operations.
Payroll & Administration:
Assist in payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management.
Manage administrative tasks, office coordination, and vendor handling.
Support HR policies, compliance, and employee engagement activities.
Desired Skills & Qualities:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, proactive, and well-organized personality.
Good knowledge of MS Office tools.
Prior experience in
Travel or Service Industry
preferred.
