HR Executive / Admin
Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented HR Executive / Admin to manage end-to-end HR operations and administrative activities. The role involves recruitment, payroll, statutory compliance, attendance tracking, reporting, and general administrative support.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Post job openings on job portals and other recruitment platforms
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
Conduct background verification of selected candidates
Handle salary negotiations and prepare offer letters
Manage onboarding formalities and employee documentation
Maintain factory and warehouse attendance records
Process monthly payroll using
Zoho Payroll
Prepare and share MIS reports related to payroll and HR data
Handle PF & ESI registration, monthly filings, and employee exits
Support employee exit formalities and final settlements
Handle day-to-day administrative and HR-related tasks as assigned
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Commerce, or any relevant field
Experience in HR operations and administration preferred
Proficient in
Google Sheets / MS Excel
Good with numbers and data handling
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Energetic, proactive, and willing to take ownership of tasks
Good communication and follow-up skills
