Role & responsibilities

To implement, supervise and monitor workplace HR & Admin practices in line with company's policies To recruit manpower as per requirements of the factory by coordinating with the contractor & Factory manager . To carry out the workforce engagement and retention activities for harmonious relations among the team and thereby enhance productivity levels Strong knowledge of all labor laws, and oversee the adherence to the same To supervise the time office and attendance management Share shift analysis on daily basis, and monthly MIS reports to senior management Handling the attendance & payroll for Employees Handling all statutory returns To handle social & buyer compliance Responsible for handling employee grievances, training, and development so as to control absenteeism, attrition, thereby enhancing productivity Handling and maintaining the personnel records/employee database management General Administration - Unit Upkeep and Maintenance, AMCs for all utilities etc Align & coordinate with Factory manager for admin requirements Helping employees for filling their PF & ESIC form amount withdrawals , loan advances as needed .

Preferred candidate profile

Should have relevant experience in the garment industry Should be a good communicator Should have excellent time management skills Must be a team player English , Hindi , Tamil compulsory (Spoken , written , read)

Education:

BBA/BMS, MBA (HR/IR), Any Graduate with relevant work experience

Location

: Should be able to travel to Plot no 37-39, Kundrathur, Nandambakkam Village, Sri Devikarumariamman Nagar west, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, 600069
