Manage full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management system.
Handle payroll inputs, monthly salary processing coordination, and statutory compliance support.
Draft HR policies, appointment letters, and other HR documentation.
Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
Handle grievance management and maintain healthy employee relations.
Conduct exit interviews and manage offboarding processes.
Administrative Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day office administration and facility management.
Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and purchase requirements.
Maintain records for housekeeping, IT coordination, security, and other support functions.
Organize meetings, travel arrangements, and company events.
Ensure smooth functioning of office operations and address administrative issues promptly.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum
3 years of relevant experience
in HR and admin roles.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, MS Office, and HRMS tools.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
