Collecting all important docs. from them.* Introducing new joinees to the company employees and their TL.* Making the new employees familiar with the company premises, workplace and lunch area.* Keeping employee datas on files and on excel.Checking employee locations on CRM app* Attendance Management, Leave management* Salary, PF, ESIC management* Arranging quartely meet, employee engagement activities such as birthday celebration, events etc.* Handling employee queries & greviances* Should know all Payroll activites* Creating increment letters on increment time and issuing it to the employees.* Creating flyers for hiring, events, etc.* Verifing expense sheet of Sales employees for reimbursement* Managing complimentry off sheet every month* Arranging visiting cards, sim cards, mail ID's for new employees* Keeping important datas confidential*
Qualification: B.com (HR spec) /MBA
