Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Manage recruitment activities including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding. Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and personnel files. Payroll, salary processing, and statutory compliances. Handle employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, leave, and benefits. Support performance appraisal processes and HR documentation. Coordinate training programs and employee engagement activities. Manage joining, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities. Oversee office administration, facilities management, and housekeeping. Manage office assets, inventory, and record-keeping. Ensure proper functioning of office equipment and utilities. Support site offices and coordinate with HO for administrative matters.

Qualification & Experience:



Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in HR & Administration Knowledge of statutory compliances and payroll processes is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
