Job Description

Responsible for handling university licensing, team management, HR, admin, accounts, and branch coordination for the college department.

Key Responsibilities:

University Licensing:

Handle all documentation and processes related to university affiliations and licensing.

Team Management:

Supervise and guide the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

HR Work:

Manage attendance, staff records, and basic HR functions.

Administrative Work:

Oversee administrative tasks such as student records, documentation, and office coordination.

Accounting Work:

Maintain basic financial records, handle tuition fee collection, and coordinate with the accounts department.

Branch Coordination:

Act as a link between branches and the main office to ensure smooth communication and operations.

Experience & Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in any field (Commerce, Management, or Education preferred)

Experience:

Minimum 1

to 3 years

in administration, accounts, or educational institute operations

Skills Required:

Good communication and coordination skills Basic knowledge of

HR

and

admin processes

Experience with

accounting

or fee collection systems Ability to manage a

small team

effectively Proficient in

MS Office

(Excel, Word) Understanding of

university affiliation/licensing

processes is a plus

Other Requirements:

Should be organized and responsible Able to handle multitasking and work under deadlines Comfortable with inter-branch communication and reporting
