Implement and manage performance management processes, including goal-setting, evaluations, and improvement plans.
Act as a primary point of contact for employee suggestions and concerns related to engagement.
Foster a culture of inclusion and diversity through engagement initiatives.
Stay informed about best practices in employee engagement to continuously enhance strategies.
Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and reference checks.
Coordinate new employee onboarding, including orientation and paperwork.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
Address employee inquiries and conduct investigations as needed.
Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Familiarity with HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR information systems.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Minimum 2 years of experience is required with good English speaking communication skills.
