Organize employee engagement events
Maintain HR files and databases
Support performance appraisal processes
Compliance
Ensure adherence to labor laws
Maintain and update employee policies
Administrative Responsibilities
Office Management
Oversee office supplies, maintenance, and cleanliness
Coordinate with vendors, courier services, and housekeeping
Handle travel and accommodation bookings
Facility & Asset Management
Maintain asset inventory (laptops, ID cards, etc.)
Ensure workplace safety and compliance
Front Desk & Coordination
Greet visitors and manage incoming calls
Schedule meetings and manage calendars
Documentation
Maintain records of bills, agreements, and licenses
Handle filing and archiving of administrative documents
