Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate employee records using HRMS/HRIS systems (e.g., Zoho, BambooHR).
Ensure compliance with labor laws and update HR policies as needed.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee offboarding.
Administer payroll and benefits in coordination with finance/payroll systems.
Manage performance appraisals using tools like 15Five or Lattice.
Handle employee relations, engagement activities, and conflict resolution.
Generate HR reports and analytics for management decision-making.
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's in HR or related field.
5+ years of HR management experience.
Proficient in HR software and labor law compliance.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
