Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Planning:

Developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support the organization's overall objectives.

Talent Acquisition:

Managing the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding new employees.

Employee Relations:

Handling employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary actions, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Performance Management:

Overseeing performance appraisals, providing feedback, and supporting employee development.

Compensation and Benefits:

Managing employee compensation and benefits packages, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.

Compliance:

Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, as well as company policies.

Employee Engagement:

Developing and implementing initiatives to enhance employee morale and motivation.

Training and Development:

Identifying training needs and coordinating programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

HR Administration:

Maintaining accurate employee records, managing payroll, and overseeing HRIS systems.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
