Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated HR Executive with 6 months to 1 year of experience to support our Human Resources team in managing employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations. The ideal candidate will be a proactive team player with excellent communication skills and a keen interest in HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:



Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and preparing offer letters. Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all documentation is completed and orientations are conducted.

Employee Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Employee Relations: Assist in resolving employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, payroll, and company procedures. Support in organizing employee engagement activities and maintaining a positive workplace culture.

Payroll Support: Assist the payroll department by collecting attendance and leave data, and supporting the preparation of monthly payroll processing.

HR Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and labor laws. Assist in preparing regular HR reports (e.g., employee attendance, recruitment status, training programs).

Training & Development: Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.

Performance Management: Support the performance appraisal process by helping to track employee progress, assist in feedback collection, and maintaining records of evaluations.

Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

6 months to 1 year of experience in HR or a similar role.

Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and recruitment processes.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

A positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Preferred:



Experience with HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Basic knowledge of payroll processing.

Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, changing work environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
