Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Manager who will oversee end-to-end HR functions including hiring, employee lifecycle management, payroll & compliance, staff requests, and office expense tracking. This role requires someone who can align HR processes with the brand's fast-paced growth while maintaining a positive and efficient work culture.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Hiring

Manage full-cycle recruitment: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.

Build a strong talent pipeline for fashion, operations, marketing, and creative roles.

Coordinate with management to forecast hiring needs aligned with growth plans.

2. Employee Management & Requests

Act as the first point of contact for all staff-related queries and requests.

Oversee employee engagement, grievance handling, and performance management.

Develop HR policies to foster transparency, fairness, and productivity.

3. Payroll & Compliance

Manage monthly payroll processing with accuracy and timeliness.

Handle statutory compliances: PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, Shops & Establishment, etc.

Maintain HR records, contracts, and compliance documentation.

4. Office Administration & Expenses

Track and finalize monthly office expenses, petty cash, and vendor payments.

Monitor overhead costs and provide monthly expense reports to management.

Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of office operations.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

3-6 years of HR experience, preferably in a fashion, retail, or startup environment.

Strong knowledge of payroll systems, labor laws, and statutory compliance.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and handle high-growth, dynamic work environments.
