Recruitment and selection, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and conduct initial interviews.
Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
Onboarding new employees and ensuring they have the necessary resources and information.
Administration of employee benefits and payroll.
Handle employee queries and provide support regarding HR policies and procedures.
Plan & organize employee training and development programs.
Plan & organize employee engagement activities and events.
Prepare HR reports and presentations as needed.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Support other HR functions as required.
Responsibilities and Duties
Principal Duties & Responsibilities :
1. Managing inbound calls, queries and emails
2. Verifying the content of our social media profiles on various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, etc.
3. Writing up and designing posts online
4. Managing responsibilities of HR / Reception as guided by the Seniors
5. Handles basic office administration work
6. Performing research to help our brand grow and work on essential aspects
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Key Skills:
1. MS Excel, Word & PPT
2. Internet Surfing and Research
3. Fluent in written and spoken English
