Job Description

Role of an HR Executive



An HR Executive is responsible for managing and coordinating various human resource functions within the organization. They act as a bridge between management and employees, ensuring smooth HR operations and compliance with policies.

Key Responsibilities of an HR Executive



1. Recruitment & Staffing



Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, screening, shortlisting, interviews, and selection). Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements. Conduct onboarding and induction programs for new employees.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement



Act as a point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and grievances. Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement activities. Support conflict resolution and maintain healthy workplace culture.

3. Attendance & Payroll Management



Maintain employee attendance and leave records. Assist in salary preparation and coordinate with the accounts/finance team. Ensure compliance with statutory deductions (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.).

4. HR Policies & Compliance



Implement and communicate HR policies, rules, and regulations. Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements. Prepare HR-related documentation (appointment letters, confirmations, exit formalities).

5. Performance Management



Assist in performance appraisal processes. Track employee performance and provide feedback support to managers. Maintain employee records related to performance and training.

6. Training & Development



Identify training needs in consultation with managers. Organize training sessions, workshops, or learning activities. Maintain training records for future reference.

7. Exit Management



Conduct exit interviews. Ensure full & final settlement of employees. Maintain records of resigned/terminated employees.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
