Job Description

Manage the

end-to-end recruitment process

, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Partner with

hiring managers

to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. Utilize various

sourcing methods

such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking to attract qualified candidates. Develop and maintain a

talent pipeline

for current and future hiring needs. Conduct

initial interviews

and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule

interviews

with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback. Prepare and extend

job offers

, and manage the negotiation and acceptance process. Ensure compliance with

company policies

and

employment laws

during all recruitment activities. Maintain and update the

applicant tracking system (ATS)

with accurate candidate and job data. Support

employer branding initiatives

to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice. Provide regular

recruitment metrics and reports

to management.
