We are hiring an HR Executive for our client, a reputed organization in the chemical industry based in Naroda, Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting and enhancing all human resource functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, statutory compliance, training coordination, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

? Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

? Handle payroll, attendance, and employee record management.

? Support compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, etc.).
? Implement HR policies and ensure they align with the company's goals and values.
? Organize employee engagement initiatives and training programs.
? Act as a point of contact for employee relations and grievance handling.

Requirements:
? 2-5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the manufacturing or chemical sector
? Strong understanding of labor laws, HR operations, and compliance
? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
? Proficient in MS Office and HRIS tools.

Preferred Background:

? Candidates with multicultural exposure or familiarity with diverse regional work cultures--including South Indian states--will be considered a strong plus, to support inclusive team dynamics and communication.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
