HR Executive

plays a crucial role in supporting the human resources department and ensuring smooth operations within the organization. Below is a detailed list of typical roles and responsibilities:

Key Roles:



Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement processes. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws. Serve as a point of contact between employees and management. Help resolve employee grievances and workplace conflicts. Coordinate training programs and development initiatives. Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration. Handle documentation, reporting, and HR analytics.

Detailed Responsibilities:



Recruitment & Onboarding

Post job vacancies on various platforms. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates. Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers. Assist in conducting interviews. Prepare appointment letters and onboarding documentation. Ensure smooth joining formalities for new employees.

Employee Relations

Address employee concerns and grievances. Support conflict resolution and workplace harmony. Facilitate communication between employees and management.

Training & Development

Assist in organizing workshops and training sessions. Track employee performance and recommend development plans. Maintain records of employee learning and certifications.

HR Administration

Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance, leaves, and benefits. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Assist in preparing reports for management.

Payroll & Benefits

Support payroll processing activities. Assist with tax filings, insurance, and other statutory requirements. Help employees with benefits-related queries.

Performance Management

Assist in the implementation of performance appraisal systems. Support managers with feedback collection and reviews. Track KPIs and employee productivity reports.

Compliance

Ensure that HR practices adhere to legal and ethical standards. Assist in audits and inspections. Keep updated on employment laws and industry trends.
