Roles & Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
Maintain and update employee and candidate records
Support onboarding and induction activities
Assist in HR documentation and report preparation
Coordinate with internal teams for HR-related activities
Support employee engagement initiatives
Handle basic HR queries and provide assistance to employees
Requirements & Skills:
Good verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and coordination abilities
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Basic knowledge of HR concepts and processes
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Qualification:
MBA (HR)
completed or pursuing
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
