About the team:

Ethics & Compliance is responsible for establishing and maintaining an effective ethics program within the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of ethical principles, compliance regulations, and best practices in business integrity. Team work closely with cross-functional teams and internal/external stakeholders to develop dashboards, trackers, analyze gaps, and promote a culture of integrity throughout the organization

Expectations/ Requirements:

1. Develop and implement an ethics program:

\xc2\xb7 Create and maintain policies, procedures, and guidelines that promote ethical behavior and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

\xc2\xb7 Work closely with cross-functional teams and internal/external stakeholders to develop dashboards, trackers, analyze gaps, and promote an integrity culture throughout the organization.

\xc2\xb7 Conduct regular ethics training and awareness programs for employees at all levels of the organization.

\xc2\xb7 Establish mechanisms for reporting and addressing ethical concerns or violations, ensuring confidentiality and protection against retaliation.

2. Monitor and enforce ethical practices:

\xc2\xb7 Conduct periodic audits and reviews to assess the effectiveness of the ethics program and identify areas for improvement.

\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with internal teams to investigate reported ethics violations, ensuring prompt and appropriate action is taken.

\xc2\xb7 Implement controls and measures to prevent unethical behavior, including the development of a robust whistleblower protection program.

3. Provide guidance and support:

\xc2\xb7 Serve as a trusted advisor to employees, managers, and executives on matters related to ethics and business integrity.

\xc2\xb7 Offer guidance on ethical decision-making, conflict resolution, and the interpretation of company policies.

\xc2\xb7 Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes related to ethics and business integrity, providing recommendations for compliance.

4. Foster a culture of integrity:

\xc2\xb7 Develop and execute initiatives to promote a culture of ethics, integrity, and accountability throughout the organization.

\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with HR and leadership to integrate ethical considerations into performance management and reward systems.

\xc2\xb7 Lead by example, demonstrating ethical conduct and promoting transparency and fairness in all business practices.

Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role

1. Minimum 3 years\' experience in business administration, ethics, law, or a related field

2. Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, ethics, law, or a related field. A master\'s degree is preferred.

3. Proven experience in ethics, compliance, or a related field, ideally in a managerial capacity.

4. Strong knowledge of ethical frameworks, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

5. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a demonstrated ability to make sound ethical judgments.

7. Ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

8. High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Education:

Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, ethics, law, or a related field.

A master\'s degree is preferred.
