based in Kolkata

and involves regular coordination with our offices in

Durgapur and Haldia

to support day-to-day administrative and HR functions.

Freshers and early-career professionals (0-2 years) are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with HR processes such as onboarding, record keeping, and performance tracking. Coordinate employee engagement activities, events, and wellness programs. Support training & development sessions and internal workshops. Provide coordination support for HR consulting projects with clients. Facilitate collaboration across departments and escalate issues when required.

Who Can Apply

A. Technical Skills

MBA in HR / MA or MSc in Organizational Psychology (freshers or up to 2 years' experience). Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali. Comfortable with email communication, data entry, and maintaining digital records.

B. Soft Skills

Proactive, hands-on attitude with willingness to engage with employees and frontline staff. Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills. Problem-solving mindset and initiative-taking ability. Ability to work independently and coordinate across teams. Patience and empathy in employee interactions. Good organizational and time management skills. Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and grow in the HR field.
