Key Responsibilities
Employee Relations & Engagement
Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and workplace issues
Maintain a healthy work culture across creative, production, and support teams
Support employee engagement activities, town halls, and internal communication
Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition trends
HR Operations
Handle end-to-end onboarding and employee documentation
Maintain employee records, HR MIS, and attendance data
Support performance management cycles and appraisal coordination
Compliance & Statutory
Ensure compliance with labor laws applicable to the media industry
Handle
PF, ESI, gratuity
, leave policies, and statutory documentation
Support audits and inspections when required
Policy & Process
Assist in drafting, implementing, and communicating HR policies
Ensure adherence to company code of conduct and disciplinary processes
Stakeholder Coordination
Coordinate with payroll, finance, and department heads
Support managers in resolving people-related issues
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Good understanding of
employee relations & labor laws
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Problem-solving and conflict-management skills
Comfortable working in a fast-moving, creative environment
Qualifications
MBA / MSW / PGDM in HR or relevant qualification
Minimum
2 years of HR experience
