Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology
, or a related field.
At least
1 year of prior experience
in HR support, employee relations, or a related domain.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills--able to handle sensitive conversations with discretion.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
